Therapeutic Yoga is a particularly effective for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness. Therapeutic Yoga blends restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga, breathing, hands-on healing, and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way that it is an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.

Papori Sharma, is a certified Therapeutic Yoga practitioner with 10+ years of experience. She has strong experience with curing 40 different types of ailments through yoga.

Papori is a certified yoga instructor / therapist from SVYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthan).
